Il contributo analizza il ruolo delle fedi nel sistema di protezione dell’ambiente e nella transizione ecologica. A tal fine, propone una riflessione su alcuni precetti tipici del pensiero ebraico, nonché su alcuni istituti giuridici mediante i quali può essere consolidata un’alleanza tra ordinamenti civili e ordinamenti religiosi per la salvaguardia ambientale.

This article analyzes the contribution of religious faiths to environmental protection and the ecological transition. Specifically, it highlights relevant precepts within Jewish tradition and explores select civil law institutions that can strengthen the integration between secular and religious legal systems in safeguarding the environment.
