L’ambito di indagine entro il quale intende inscriversi il presente lavoro riguarda le funzioni che i domini collettivi, ad oggi, possono svolgere, in virtù del carattere intergenerazionale che le connota, nella gestione sostenibile delle risorse naturali. Tale ruolo, oltre ad esser stato riconosciuto con l. n. 168/2018, verrebbe rafforzato dall’esistenza di un articolato sistema multilivello di fonti normative, quali la Nature Restoration Law e la Soil Monitoring directive, introdotte dall’UE per la salvaguardia dei beni ambientali.

The scope of investigation within which this work is to be included concerns the functions that collective domains can perform, by virtue of their intergenerational nature, in the sustainable management of natural resources. This role, besides being recognized by l. n. 168 of 2018, would be reinforced by the existence of an articulated multi-level system of normative sources, such as the Nature Restoration Law and the Soil Monitoring directive, introduced by the EU for the protection of environmental goods.
